If God did not fail you yesterday, trust and believe that He will not fail you today and He will certainly not fail you tomorrow. Remember our God is the same yesterday, today and forever more. If God provided for you yesterday, He will provide for you today and tomorrow. We serve a God who performs miracles. He turned water into wine. He opened the red sea, He causes the river to flow in the desert, He levels mountains and heals cancer. THERE IS NOTHING TOO HARD FOR OUR GOD. HAVE FAITH AND TRUST HIM!

And not no one else.
I’m not them
I’m trying to love you
Baby

Right now you breaking my heart
You see your past
And not your future
I can’t keep taking hits like this
Boy

But all you do is shut me down

Trying to make you mine
Want you on my team
I need justices
Are you going to help me
I’m trying to live my life
But nobody seems to want
Help me
We need justices
The systems not for us
All I’m doing is, trying to live my life
So my question
Are you going to help me
Too many dying at home
Cause we not been treated right
When we come in
I need you on my team

Day 22. It’s been a while since I did update on some of the stuff we, meaning other sickle cell patients go thru. It breaks my heart, read some of the treatment others get. Since changing my diet, my treatment has changed. It has got better, but at times I worry if I get the proper care I need when I go into E.R. anywho another story for a separate post. Just in case you wondering this poem goes with my life.

You’re crying but smiling, sad but you still feel peace, you want to be by yourself but not alone, you want silence but you need to hear a word. You’re not out of your mind, you’re not having a breakdown, you’re not losing it! These are the cycles of the season. These changes mark the passing of a season. Take a deep breath, rehearse what you know, and embrace the changes! You’re in the middle of changing seasons!
