Let Go

Devil take your hand off of me

I want to be free

GOD

I know you see the different struggles

I been going through

I done seen my share of doctors and hospitals

And nurses

GOD

I feel like my body is losing the battle

I’m questioning my health

But I know you have the last say so

I done experience Depression for awhile

I done wanted to give up and walk away

Devil let go of me

I may be struggling but I’m not ready

To lose the fight

I have been fighting all my life

GOD

I know you have a plan for me

I’m a living testimony

Your son JESUS didn’t have it easy

So why would I?

I’m holding on but sometimes

It feels like I’m holding on

To my last string of HOPE

Devil takes your hand off of me

You can’t have me

He doesn’t care what you going through, he know when you having a rough time and know when the right time to attack you when you at your lowest! 2011 is almost over and it hasn’t been easy for me or my family, but I;m speaking from my eyes right now. I been struggling with a lot and still have a long way to go to I accomplish what need to be done.  I Hope Everyone Have A Bless Christmas!

  1. Yes! Exactly, Jesus did not have an easy, comfortable life. We are not entitled to any more than he was given. A great message to always remember. Merry Christmas to you and your family!

  2. PoeticJ, does our hurting along with you help any at all? I hope so. I also hope and pray that our loving you because He first loved all of us together as one family of His children provides some strength and comfort. I went through a period halfway through raising my children where my defective heartvalve just kept saying “no” to all the vital things I wanted to do with my children. God does not want you to live in despair. You are so right: He is using your life and your loving spirit for very wonderful purposes. You are Beloved, You are righteous.

  3. Hallelujah! Devil, I rebuke you in Jesus’ name. Take your hand off God’s children. I rebuke you and send you back to the pit of hell where you belong. I stomp on you right now. I claim strength and healing for one of God’s mouth piece, poeticjourney and every one of God children, including myself, who are going through rough times—-
    Heavenly father, you said in your Word that you will never leave us or forsake us. We believe your Word and we believe in you Lord. David called upon you and you answered. I am calling upon you on behalf of P.J and I am confident you will answer. Give her the deliverance she so desperately seeks. Touch her Lord, like you touched me many years ago, when I was stricken with a rear auto immune disease. I thought I was going to die but you touched me with your mighty healing hands. And today I can testify like David did; “The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. Thank you Jesus, I believe it and I claim it in Jesus’ name. Amen!
