Thought Of The Day!!!

I so love this quote, even though I get older each and every year, and I know at times we think we don’t have to listen to our parents, but this quotes tell us other wise. We must always listen to the wisdom of the old. I have always been around older people all my life.  Trial and error you can pretty much say is my case. They always tell me what not to do, even though they done did it all they life. I take heed from them, and I do observe. And I had some chinese food yesterday, so the lovely message came from fortune cookie 🙂 Do enjoy and let me know what you all got from the message, love to hear what came to mind.

  1. This is a wonderful quote, PJ, and so are your thoughts. I don’t want to think of myself as old (yet), but many things I say to my kids, I used to hear my parents say…oh, how that is very surreal! We all learn from experience and we, as parents, can’t keep our kids from getting hurt, but we can certainly try! 🙂 xoxo

  2. I love those words P.J. Older people are so wise aren’t they? My sister-in-law’s Daddy was such a ‘wise man’. I always remember him saying when you are concerned about doing something or going somewhere, always remember, “Don’t write the script.”. It is words we repeat to each other in my home if we have anxiety about doing something or other. Very often the outcome is different than what we had anticipated. Have a wonderful day and I pray you are having better days. Hugs, Renee ♥
