Judge Me Not

My story is not your story

so who are you to JUDGE

me!

You don’t have to like

or believe my

JOURNEY

I’m not doing it to

Please You

Walk a mile in my shoes

then come talk to me

You can not JUDGE

me.

You are not GOD

I don’t serve you

Who are you?

To question me?

Or

To tell me my story

doesn’t count

Do you know my Pain?

Do you?

My story is my story

JUDGE ME NOT

sometimes many or looking in at us, and think they know our story or believe they have the right to judge us. If only they could walk a mile in our shoes, what looks good or perfect is not the case. I’m so thankful to know only GOD can JUDGE me and no one else. God Bless šŸ™‚

  1. I really liked this poem PJ, it it filled with such emotion and it’s so good and also so very true! Nobody knows unless they do walk a mile or so in our shoes, if they do they might understand better. I get so angry when people are so quick to judge, too. Only God can judge us, so very true! Way to go PJ, you told it like it is! I am proud of you for giving voice to this. šŸ™‚

  2. I’m soo loving this!
We’ve got a life to live and we’re not accountable to man. No matter man’s opinions, he cannot change the plan
and one so strong and mighty
    determines what we plan…
    More and more Inspiration! Smiles!

  3. Its powerful and beautiful PJ yes there are people who think they know everything about us and can offer us their unsolicited advice or opinion..
no my grounds are not yours
    neither is the breeze same
lets keep somethings just to ourselves
and not smother each other with assumptions so lame

  4. I do hope those who wish to judge would pause and reconsider… As you said, until anyone walks a mile in your shoes, they can’t judge. True!

  5. Lovely piece. Whenever I am judged, I always pay close attention to the judger, since there are actually several instances in the Bible where Jesus has commended someone for judging because they are righteous, mostly notably for me being Luke 7:43.

This is how I’ve grown in peace, grace and strength. By listening to my mentors who I felt were more righteous and wise than I was. For the people who cast judgement but don’t appear to have the same value of honor, integrity, love and work ethic that I now have, I simply let it go and let it be. I’ve found the best response to them has been no response.
    Peace & grace,
