  5. I am not so sure I agree … Sure, giving is such a great feeling: it boots our confidence and makes us feel good about ourselves. But when you never get anything back? There are some people out there who will exploit your willingness to give. Which is why I would carefully add to this quote, “Life isn’t about getting, but about giving. The more you give to others the better your own life will be. But make sure you give to those who are worth receiving.”

  7. Yes, the greatest purpose in life is service to others. Even the most selfish and self-absorbed can’t argue with that. They may stand there speechless and bewildered, but they can’t argue. 🙂
